The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through

Kim Kindrat Makeup Artistry Hair & Makeup.

Please note, all terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

•  Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. If you need to cancel, this deposit is non refundable, however is transferable to another day if you need to rebook, subject to availability. The client understands that once they book an appointment and/or pay the booking fee, they are legally bound by this document.

• If your group booking number is reduced, notification needs to be made 7 days prior to the booking date so the invoice can be adjusted accordingly. Fail to do so will result in full invoice to be paid to the original amount stated. 

• The total balance for group bookings is to be paid in exact cash on the day of the event or via bank transfer one week prior.

• Any expense incurred as a result of parking fees associated with wedding location (car parks, street parking etc) are the responsibility of the client and will be passed on as such.  

Personal information/Photographs

Any allergies or skin conditions must be highlighted with Kim Kindrat before the date of services. By accepting these terms and conditions upon booking a service, you agree that in no event is Kim Kindrat liable for incidental or consequential damages such as eczema, sensitive skin/eyes, dermatitis etc.

Photos and videos will only ever be taken with your verbal consent and Kim Kindrat reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken for promotion/content/social media posts etc.
